    Some other guests were making a lot of noise until the wee hours of the morning. The hotel should apply a strict policy on noise after certain hours. This was my worse experience in terms of this chaotic scenes from other guests. Even most hostels around the world are better managed. The room has 0 sound proof . No place to park for check in. Hotel staffs did not highlight prior to arrival. No windows. No fridge.

    I always book here for a 1 night stay if I'm travelling solo. The room was cozy with a mirror light, thick duvets, functioning aircond and water heater, shower gel and shampoo available. Even bathroom slippers. Its a bit of a bummer that the TV is not a smart TV and there is no window. But its great for a 1 night stay. I like that coffee and shower caps are provided at the reception. And you can easily go through the back door once you've checked in. Recommended and will book again.

    Very tiring experience. I arrived at the hotel at night and was already exhausted, only to find out that there was no lift, so I had to carry my luggage all the way up to the 3rd floor. When I finally reached the room, the access card didn’t work. I tried several times, but the door still wouldn’t open. So I had to go all the way back downstairs and inform the front desk. Then they simply told me, “Sorry, this room uses a key.” Hmm… why wasn’t I informed about this earlier? I had already walked up to the 3rd floor with my luggage, only to find out that I needed a physical key. Definitely my first and last booking at this hotel. Very disappointing experience.
