In general, this place was satisfactory. My first impression was, this is a clean place with good lighting. It also has this water machine in the lobby area for some complimentary filtered drinking water, a good thing for all visitors.
The slight downside was the flush system in the room I stayed was slow to refill. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I didn't mind it too much. Also, I did hear the sound of lizards from the nearby window but, thankfully they were not within my room.
I was thankful for the staff to allow me to check in much earlier than the stated time of 12 PM because I arrived hours earlier and I didn't have the luxury of time to wait till 12 PM. The same thing goes for check out. All of it was facilitated smoothly.
For any taller travelers coming here, just be careful of your head as you walk up the stairs to the lobby. I was just nice in height (so I didn't hit my head on the beams above).
This place is nearby a small hypermarket, and near some food stalls too. A good location. It is even not too far off from the train station (accessible by walking if one is comfortable with walking as a mode of travel, around 10-15 minutes or so).
