    cuma channel tv erm macamtu lah ye. ada 4 channel je kot😅 untuk breakfast pun sangat hambar ye. terkejut jugak sebab first time pengalaman macamtu. i know price dia sangat rendah, appreciate sangat tapi bila tengok menu breakfast tu macam terkejut. sbb hanya dapat nasi lemak hijau+sambal bilis+ timun+kacang.

    No lift. The toilet has old stain color like shits. Small and narrow the other thing, one thing that unacceptable, 1 towel for 3 pax. Recep said their laundry havent done for 2 days but who cares, thats not my problem to pay for lack of seevice.

    I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the hotel's room key card management and security procedures. Upon check-in, I was assigned Room 220 and was given a touch key card for that room. However, I accidentally went to Room 210 instead. To my surprise, the key card provided to me was able to unlock Room 210 as well. Since the key card successfully unlocked the door, I had no reason to suspect that I had entered the wrong room. I only realised my mistake when the actual occupant of Room 210 opened the door while I was inside the room. This incident highlights a serious security vulnerability. A room key card should only grant access to the specific room assigned to the guest. It should never be able to unlock another occupied room. This situation raises serious concerns about the hotel's key card programming, access control procedures and overall guest safety and privacy. Imagine the potential consequences if someone with malicious intentions were able to access another guest's room due to an error in the key card system. I strongly urge the hotel management to: Investigate how this key card access error occurred. Review the key card programming and room assignment procedures. Ensure that each key card is restricted to its designated room only. Take immediate corrective action to prevent similar incidents from happening again. Guest safety and privacy should never be compromised due to negligence or errors in hotel operations. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously. Thank you.
