    Our stay was unfortunately not very pleasant. On the first night, we heard water dripping at around 12:30 a.m. On the second night, after using the bathroom and locking the toilet door, we heard the water dripping again at around 2:00 a.m. Then, at approximately 3:00 a.m., the bathroom door opened by itself, which was quite unsettling and made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, it was not a good experience for us. We stayed in a room on Level 3. We hope the hotel can check and resolve these issues to improve future guests' experiences.

    It saddens me how this hotel was very un-accommodating. They never clean our room for our whole stay, they never change the bed sheets and towels, so is our garbage wasn’t collected at all. Tho the front desk staff was nice, but I just hope he’s not your only staff in that hotel. Our stay was disgusting and unpleasant. Hope you can still do better.
