    Aku sampai di chalet pada pukul 2.00 p.m.Aku tunggu punyalah lama,selepas setengah jam aku call owner,dia kata akan sampai dalam pukul 3 disebabkan ada masalah peribadi.Apabila aku tanya kenapa sidai aku.Boleh pulak owner kata memang macamtu,pelanggan yang kena tunggu owner🤣(sampai sekarang aku xleh brain jawapan ni).Apa punya jawapan daaaaaa.Dia kata musim cuti ramai orang,sebab tu ada masalah dri segi pengurusan masa bla bla bla. Sedangkan dekat dalam app dan dekat chalet tu jelas-jelas tulis CHECK IN 2.00 PM. Kemudian,owner tu sampai di chalet nak dekat pukul 4.00 p.m. Time dia dah sampai tu, macam tak bersistem weh, dia utamakan siapa yang ada wasap dia, lahh macamtu pulak, padahal takkan tak boleh check dalam sistem aduii, bertambah membara lah weh. Ni memang aku bersuara lah, aku punya lah lama tunggu, boleh pulak dia bagi dulu kunci tu dekat customers yang baru datang. Habis masa aku,plan nak jalan2 pon tergendala. Aku minta voucher makanan atau potongan harga booking chalet sebagai ganti kepada masa aku yang rugi,dy kata NO SORRY dengan poyonya.Owner kata esk boleh mai amik kopi free, lahhh kopi memang semua client dpt free🤣. So apa beza kami yang menunggu dengan yang tak menunggu ni kan. Keadaan chalet juga sangat menyedihkan,aku sempat snap mangkuk jamban chalet aku ja tapi aku bersangka baik lah,mungkin ni jamban zaman belanda kot,saja xnak cuci nak kekalkan peninggalan sejarah.Sangat mantap. Senang cita,kalau ada rate kurang lagi dari 0.aku nak bagi rate yang tu🤣.

    Bad experienced! Bantal bertaik lalat. Bilik air banyak cacing besar2🥴 Bilik queen aircond problem. bila minta tukar, dia tak bagi. dah lah menginap 2malam💔 very not recommended!

    Tak bersih sangat. Toilet kotor dan berbau. Only 1 plus point that is walking distance to Pulau Nipah. Itu je la.
