    No kittle. due to broken kittle in another room, they have to take replacement from another room. Even they have water dispenser, it's only located at the lobby, which i have to go down for hot water. Booking for 4 guest stay, but hotel only provide 2 towel. Need to go down again to ask for another 2. Hotel location is nice, near almost any convenient store. But the service. Nope
