Property was nice and clean and exactly how the photos looked. All the stuff in the apartment worked and it had a lot of helpful things, which made it our stay alot easier and comfortable especially with a baby. Free parking was really good.
Picking up the keys from the petrol station and dropping them off was abit long after a long drive in traffic from london. The elevator stopped working in the building on the second day, which was abit inconvenient, but we were only on the second floor. One of the radiators made a loud whistling noise in the middle of the night which was rather scary, but on the whole a pleasant experience.

Beautifully styled apartment. There was a lot of utilities which made cooking and cleaning a lot easier! The bed was extremely comfy, a lot of different pillows, few covers and blankets which the kids loved! Will stay again when I'm down that way! The room heats up enough you don't really need heating on. I loved the mirror wardrobe to check full outfits and the vanity desk was a beautiful touch!
I wasn't aware of how to get my keys so it took a few hours before I got them. Other than that there was nothing else I disliked.

The property is close (easily drivable) to the NEC, but within a 5-10 minute walk from a good variety of restaurants, a big supermarket (vital for self catering) and other shops. Parking was free whixh is a bonus for that part of the world. The property is comfortable and has everything you need: washer, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen. It’s very clean and tidy and I can fully recommend it.
