Hospitality, hygiene, cleanliness, food, service, location were all at its best. Would love to stay here again. Only thing that could've improved the experience was a pool.

I had a really pleasant staycation experience here. The location is very peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation away from busy surroundings. The room was clean and well-maintained, which added to the comfort. One of the best parts was the privacy—it felt calm and undisturbed throughout the stay. The food was also very good, with great taste and quality. Overall, a wonderful place for a quiet and comfortable getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind.

The property is well maintained and has a unique charm—especially the hobbit-style homes, which make the stay feel special and different. The room decoration was nicely done and added a thoughtful touch to the experience. A special mention to resort staff, who was helpful in arranging driver details, especially when we faced network issues and couldn’t be reached easily. However, the overall experience had several drawbacks. There is no Airtel connectivity in the area, which can be quite inconvenient. The staff seemed very limited—one person was handling check-in, carrying luggage, taking orders, and serving food. While he was doing his best, it was clear he was overworked, constantly running around and struggling to manage everything. The food experience was disappointing. The menu was already limited, and due to an LPG crisis, it became even more restricted—leaving us with barely 1–2 options per category. Communication from the team could have been much better. For example, basic details like when room decoration would happen were not clearly informed, and calls/messages often went unanswered despite them being online. There were also multiple issues with what was promised versus what was delivered. The honeymoon package (quoted ₹5000 but charged ₹5500) included items like passes to Viripara Waterfalls and Tiger Cave, activity details via PDF, and a fruit and chocolate basket—but none of these were provided or shared. This lack of transparency and fulfillment was quite disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom lights were not working and were never fixed despite raising the issue. The buffet experience was also underwhelming—to the point where it felt like there was no spread at all. Overall, while the property itself is appealing, the service gaps, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises made the experience feel not worth the money. After a point, it didn’t even feel worthwhile to keep asking for things.
