    We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a truly memorable experience. The thoughtful bed decoration and complimentary cake arrangement made our special day even more meaningful. The property offers breathtaking views, a stunning infinity pool, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and excellent facilities. The staff were warm, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. The combination of luxury, comfort, hospitality, and beautiful surroundings made this one of our best travel experiences. Highly recommended for couples and anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would definitely visit again. ❤️🏔️✨

    We stayed for 3 days in Arbor room which itself looked like a scam because these rooms are NOT in the hotel but it is a separate building in the resort. Everytime you have to eat breakfast, swim, gym or use any other facility you have to travel to the main hotel which kills the mood. Secondly, the place lacks planning and logistics. People have to wait so much for breakfast buffet as the seats are limited. We were put on some waiting list and asked to wait but others just walked it and sat on available tables. Many guests raised the issue with them but service staff gave robotic answers. Food taste is average but tea and pakoda that we ordered were amazing in the evening. Booking mountain view room is a better thing because views are really good. Activities to do are limited and expensive. I suggest to find rental cabs on google and call them. Definitely not a 5 star resort, we have had better experiences.
