At the entrance, there's a sign of a number to call to check in. I called and nobody picked up. Then I pushed the entrance door and it was actually open. There was a lady at the counter. A young-ish, maybe 30 yo Indian woman. In the most condescending and scolding tone, she asked me why I called the number shown at the door. I explained that the sign said so. She then said that the number is only for after 6pm. I said nothing and got myself checked in. I assumed that I hadn't read the sign properly and it would have said to only call after 6pm. Once checked in, I re-read the sign and it did not make any mention of the timing. All it said was to call the number when I want to check in. So basically, this lady was simply a rude , bitter, mean person. It's so stupid that they even have that sign outside without mentioning the time. It's hard to see anyone at the counter from the outside.
