I checked into the hotel and found that the room window was damaged. I requested a room change and checked into another room, but the same problem occurred—the window was also damaged. I then requested another room change. This time, I was given a room without a window. However, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The blanket also had a cigarette smell, and the TV remote control was not functioning. Overall, I experienced multiple room issues and considerable inconvenience during my stay.
