The stay was generally okay, but the main downside is that there is no lift in the building. We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor, which was quite inconvenient for my mother as she had to use the stairs to access the room. If you are travelling with elderly guests or anyone who may have difficulty using the stairs, I recommend requesting a room on the lower floor with the hotel in advance. It would be more convenient and comfortable. Other than that, the stay was satisfactory.
