Overall, it was a good stay. The room itself was pretty small, which was to be expected. The hotel facilities were decent, though there were only two cups provided for a four-person room, but it was nothing major. As a side note, the hotel does not have an elevator. Since it is only a two-story building, it was not an issue for us, but it is something to keep in mind if you are traveling with someone who needs one. Other shared facilities, such as a microwave, water dispenser, and refrigerator are located on the ground floor.
The bathroom and shower were comfortable and well-maintained. Basic amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and body wash were provided. We didn't watch TV much, but it does support YouTube. Our room also came equipped with an iron and ironing board. Plus, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.
We encountered no major issues during our stay, except that our keycard stopped working on the second day. However, the staff resolved the problem very quickly.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel. It is also conveniently located near the hospital and Galeri Diraja Tuanku Ja'afar.

Bilik bersih sgt, cadar baru, staff baik, tempat bersih n strategik. mmg recommend sgt. Tahap bersih dia sy bagi A+. Lepasni kalau nak dtg seremban lagi stay kat sini jer... cuma peti ais & hair dryer jer xde. overall semua tiptop kat sini.
