    We booked Dec 27 to 28 and advised them thru Agoda message, that we will be arriving Dec 28 4am instead and agreed. Tried calling their number and even emailing them...no response on their end. When we arrived they gave our room to another since they considered us a "no-show". I was very upset since I am fully paid for the 3 nights, booked Nov, and someone did agree on our arrival time. The management does not know how to handle a hotel business. Before giving our room out, they should tried calling us if we are arriving but no one called or informed us. Bad management, no elevator, no customer service training on staff. I feel short changed and booked deluxe room with balcony but only gave us a standard room. Right now I felt scammed and still upset about how they handled our situation.
