✅ Pros: • Excellent location — very close to the Old City, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. • Apartment was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. • Professionally managed by a business group, which makes the stay reliable and well-structured. • Quick response from management when an issue was reported (we received the missing pan the next day, along with a small chocolate gesture).
❌ Cons: • €400 deposit is quite high. • Noise detector and a very strict (“draconic”) rental agreement felt excessive and a bit stressful. • We had to record a video of the drawer to prove that a pan was missing, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient.

The communal hallway and lift are extremely run down but it was still worth it as the flat is very safe and the location is perfect
