Calea 3BR Victoriei Stunner - Two Living Rooms - Balconies on the Avenue

The location was absolutely perfect! The apartment is literally in the heart of the Old Town and right next to the main strip, so everything is within easy walking distance. It was ideal for exploring and going out in the evenings. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious and really well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, there are two lovely bathrooms, and having a TV in every bedroom as well as the living area was a great bonus. There are also two balconies, which were lovely to have, although they are both accessed through bedrooms rather than directly from the communal living area. Overall, we had a really lovely and comfortable stay and thought the apartment was a great base for our trip. 😊

There were a few maintenance issues that could definitely do with being addressed. The washing machine door wouldn’t unlock, and we eventually had to switch the power off completely to get it to release. The air-conditioning unit in the middle bedroom was leaking water onto the surfaces underneath it, and the middle bedroom door didn’t close properly. The doors leading from the en-suite bedroom onto the balcony also didn’t shut properly. The biggest issue with the balcony was the outdoor air-conditioning unit dripping water directly onto the balcony/seating area. This meant you couldn’t really sit outside without getting dripped on, which was a shame as the balcony itself was a lovely feature. These issues didn’t ruin our stay, but fixing them would make an already beautiful apartment so much better for future guests.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πάρα πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία! Είναι πολύ άνετο με μεγάλους χώρους και εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα!

Είχε κάποια θεματάκια στα μπάνια , στο ένα έσταζε λίγο η τουαλέτα και τα 2 είχαν θέμα με τις πόρτες τους , αλλά δεν ήταν κάτι ιδιαίτερο εύκολα μπορούν να το διορθώσουν! Το μπαλκόνι επίσης ήταν βρώμικο.

Really central to what we needed, great location!

Nothing really that we didn’t like. Would have been nice for the smaller balcony to be usable although small, was covered in bird poo. And just some washing up liquid /surface cleaner bits would have been helpful.

Spacious and warm apartment. Plenty of places to chill out in other than your bedroom. Good location & only a 15 min walk in any direction to main area's with plenty of lovely friendly coffee shops, bars & restaurants and supermarkets within a 5 min walk. Customer service contact from host was excellent. Had an issue accessing apartment but they were available on the phone straight away.

Traffic noise constant. Horns never stop, sirens often & whistles at peak traffic times. Ear plugs are a must. The building itself, very dirty run down and very musty smell.. Didn't dare use the lift & glad just 2 flights to apartment. A few things mainly attention to detail snag list & easily fixed. Instructions for apartment digital lock not totally clear. Need to press the centre button marked card before entering the password. Door to ensuite room wouldn't close easily so need to slam it so left it slightly open to avoid waking others. Sliding door to ensuite slides back open so you need to jam a towel into it to stop it opening again. No hanging facilities in ensuite room so need to share the ones in other bedroom with other guests or use the massive closet near the kitchen which is other side of apartment. Damp patch above loo on little shower room roof Paint left on window panes on all doors to bedrooms. Just looks messy & unsightly.
