    1、酒店难找：这家酒店坐落老城区，门面很小，如一般民居，门牌也很小、大门紧闭，我们打车到了附近，几乎无法找到酒店，幸好当地居民提醒门牌号码才找到。2、门口受伤：酒店门口破损严重（有三个小坑和小砖块），导致晚上外出晚餐时候太太在出门意外扭伤脚踝，我们带伤到附近吃晚餐后跟前台反馈情况，请求帮助处理脚伤（联系医生或药店），前台直接说不归他们负责但可以告知我们如何找药店，态度非常冷淡推脱。由于太晚我们提出能否用冰块或冰毛巾做简单处理，回答是他们没有冰块，这个处理也令人恼火！在本人提出要投诉后，一位男前台才答应设法先冷冻毛巾给我自行处理，但实际也是等到近一小时后才送一条冷毛巾到房间。3、员工后续处理冷淡：次日我们感觉略好，但还是将门口破损和安全隐患跟前台沟通（尽可能避免更多客人受伤），他们反馈这是市政问题，跟他们没有关系，无语！4、餐厅服务员很热情：餐厅女士听说太太昨晚受伤后还主动询问受伤情况，表达关心，这个要感谢这位女士！5、房间条件还好：这家酒店唯一令我满意是我们的花园景观房间比较宽敞安静，休息比较好。总之，这是一家令人情感复杂的酒店，房间内部条件还算好，但前台服务态度令人不快，不好找的酒店。
