The apartment is well stocked and had all we need for our stay. It is fairly well located to be able to walk to most places.

Unfortunately, we had an issue with the key not working to open the door late at night around 10 PM. The phone number is provided his contacts did not work with nobody answering the phone or responding to text messages. It was near impossible to communicate effectively with the staff who were taking care of the place. They were long gaps in them responding to us and we had two small children that were tired And scared about being in a foreign city without a place to stay. We asked on several locations for somebody to come to open the door, but it took over two hours before they finally sent a locksmith. They repeatedly gave us the same instructions about opening the door, which we’re not working despite telling them several times. Finally, a locksmith was sent near midnight to open the door after we had already gone to another hotel resigned to pay for a room for the night. Luckily, in the end, the locksmith was able to open the door, but the delay in response was frustrating. The place is functional and works for a short day, however, if you have any issues, it may be a hard time getting a hold of anyone or getting them rectified in an efficient manner.
