オプションのご飯が美味しい 風呂が写真の通りだった！

ちょっと部屋が埃っぽかったのと露天風呂が使えなかった件

Property manager was incredible. He did everything: breakfast, ski rental, front desk, etc; I have no idea how he was able to do it all. Rooms were comfy, beds had lots of blankets. The onsen was a great experience. The ski rentals were reasonably priced. Everyone should stay here and enjoy this hotel.

Nothing. It was perfect.

The manager was very helpful; he helped us change rooms with no problem; he helped reserve dinner for us at Maple, one of only two nearby restaurants (which serves amazing food, by the way). The onsen were standard, but the outdoor onsen was not available? Was there one? Incredible location: you can rent your skiing / snowboarding equipment from the manager's rental shop ("3 Bros"). Very good prices. From the rental shop / Ryokan (the hotel), you are literally right beside the chairlift (although the ski hill is oddly arranged, with the more difficult ski runs and chairlifts at the bottom). Overall, the ryokan / hotel was adequate and perfectly located. Thanks again to the manager who made the stay that much better.

The rooms were cold, but I liberated two radiators to help heat the room. The rooms are small and standard Japanese tatami style -- make your own bed. The rooms along the long side of the building only have toilets, no showers, but are bigger. The rooms along the other small stairwell have showers but smaller tatami area.

源泉掛け流しでお風呂はとても良かったです。 自由度が高く、スタッフの干渉が少ないのはとてもいい。 早起きして周りを探索するのもいいです。 キツツキを見ることができて、なかなか見られない自然を感じることができました。 道中、狐に遭遇し、貴重な体験をすることができました。
