The location along the Brisbane river was beautiful, the apartment was modern, clean and had a lovely verandah for outdoor eating. The pool and garden area was exceptional, and it was great to have a gym and shared library area! There was a supermarket complex nearby and very good coffee roastery. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

The information to find the locked box was inadequate and did not explain the box was not outside the apartment building. The video link had not been attached, but was forwarded after we called support staff. The video was filmed in poor light and not helpful. However, the Support staff member was very helpful. We eventually found locked box across the road 100m away.

Pool was great although not heated as advertised. Room was spacious Great location

Check in process was awful esp with it being a last minute booking. Didn't get check in info until I was actually at the location and the instructions need to be altered as the lock box is across the road not near the apartment at all. The rugs on entry were trip hazards and the curtains were off the rails along with a shower head leaking like crazy but emailed the company to let them know so hopefully fixed for the next guests. if it weren't for the good things I wouldn't book with booking.com via Air Keeper again it was stressful esp with 3 young kids in tow
