- Please Note: You`ll have exclusive access to the entire downstairs level with a private entrance, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay. The upstairs level is occupied separately, so there may be occasional living noise from the upstairs residence.

We ask guests to respect our neighbours with quiet evenings from 7 PM – 7 AM, allowing everyone to enjoy the peaceful setting. Excessive noise may prompt a visit from building security, so we appreciate your cooperation!

🧼 Starter Supplies
To help care for the planet 🌿, we provide a thoughtful starter pack rather than full-sized supplies:

⚠️ Last-Minute Bookings
For same-day bookings, check-in after 3 PM may be delayed. We`d love to hear from you before booking to confirm your arrival time — it helps us give you the smoothest welcome!

🕓 Check-In
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-in instructions will be sent the day before arrival once house rules have been acknowledged.

Hoping for an early check-in? Just let us know at least a day ahead — we`ll do our best, though it`s subject to availability and can`t be guaranteed on the day.

🕙 Check-Out
Standard check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you`d love a little extra time, just drop us a message the night before and we`ll see what we can do! Please note that without prior arrangement, our cleaning team will begin at 10:00 AM.
