Location and price were good.

Communication on location and how to enter the appartments building once we located the buildings entrance was poor and difficult to follow. The phone contact manager was rude when I had to contact her. She had no idea why the apartment was in the state it was in when we entered the apartment. One of the smoke detectors wasn’t attached to the ceiling properly. hanging by the electrical cord . When I contacted the manager she had no idea why it was like that and tried to get me to fix it myself, as it wasn’t fixed to the ceiling properly. Hanging by a cord and was continually beeping . I had to insist it wasn’t my place to try and repair a smoke detector as it is an electrical safety device. I also had difficulty in getting her to agree to arrange someone to come and repair it asap. I was pleased it was fixed within a couple of hours after reporting it. Also the kitchen and bathrooms hadn’t been properly cleaned. Which was clear from the state the kitchen was in. Stove top and oven had fat residue on and in them , as well as fat splatter on stove splash back tiles.The stove range hood had been pulled apart . With what looked like the filters and several other parts had been removed and just left sitting in a pile in the kitchen. The bathrooms looked as though they had been wiped down with a greasy rag.
