It was easy to find the building, find the keys, and easy to enter. Good location, clean, and quiet. Love the balcony view. Very happy to have had the A/C.

Not much. Perhaps bigger or less bouncy beds.

Property was great. Beds were super comfortable. Location amazing. Close to awesome restaurants and shops for food supplies. Loved the Montague Markets. West End is the place to be in Brisbane. Thank you so much!

Maybe a few more utensils. Like salad bowels, Pasta strainer. Sufficient cutlery for table settings. A nice touch would be to supply tea, coffee and milk to guests. As well as dish washer sheets, washing machine sheets and adequate supplies of toilet paper.

The apartment was amazing, very clean and comfortable. Close to the River, City and shops. Public transport at the end of the street.

I've never been asked to send a pic of my ID and then a pic of me holding my ID. The instructions regarding finding the keys for the apartment weren't very clear. The lock box is in a letterbox, that seemed locked. We tried to work out how to open the letterbox without a key. After some stressful attempts, I asked an apartment dweller, if they could help, she put her hand inside the letterbox and opened it backwards. (How was I to know that?) The over-the-top rules regarding 'Being quiet' were a bit much, no noise after 7pm. No visitors?? I was visiting family, I wanted to invite them for a chat and catch up, BUT all that was looming in my mind was, NO visitors. Especially because there is a Huge construction site opposite, that was LOUD from early morning and was noisy all day. Then there was the request to send a photo of me depositing the key back in the lockbox/letterbox upon leaving, that's a lot for someone to do, when I was supposed to be enjoying my holiday!!!!
