Woolwich Apartments

Good location

Frying pan was the smallest frying pan I’ve ever seen. Only able to fry one egg at a time.

Appartement was prima. Het was fijn dat er twee badkamers waren, al was de douche erg klein. Communicatie met de host ging prima. Het was erg warm, maar er stonden twee ventilatoren. Dat hielp een beetje.

De locatie. Het ligt aan een hele drukke weg, het is geen gezellige buurt (het ligt aan de rand van een industrieterrein, lijkt het), je moest altijd eerst met de bus voordat je ergens was. Het was te ver uit het centrum voor Lime of Voi-fietsen. Het appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt.

Everything except for the ones mentioned below. Location is excellent for us. The common toilet and bath is big and clean. Sofa in the sitting room is long for an adult to use. For the apartment assigned to us, the view from the sitting room window is excellent as you could see London skyline and while the balcony was good for a private conversation. Host was responsive and quick to attend to request and resolve issue except for the lift that went bad just a day before checking out. Adjacent to a bus stop (Bus 177,161, 180). An excellent compilation of kitchen equipment and utensils (except for blender)

Beds were too soft for us, the ensuite bath is extremely small (too small for one to really bend or turn to scrub ones feet). Due to the closeness to a virgin garden (which is a plus for me as I like the wood), a few mosquito/insects got in as we needed to open the window for ventilation due to the current high temperature in London. We could not get a space for parking.

Really good location for getting to the O2. Staff were great and allowed us to drop bags off early.

It’s on the 4th floor and the lift was broken, so we had to do multiple trips up and down the stairs with heavy luggage. Also the blind in the living room was missing. Making it harder for those using the sofa bed to sleep in past sunrise
