Spacious modern 1 bed Apartment.

Great location as the event I went to was nearby. Great views from the balcony. A fan was provided. Very spacious all round.

A few little things that need more attention and to be fixed such as the loose toilet paper holder, the tap in the bathroom and the shower door sealant. There was an alcoholic drink left in the fridge and a draw in the kitchen that had personal belongings in so a hairbrush, an item of clothing and other random things. The tv looks a bit wonky, I didn’t want to use it or anything due to this. The side lamps in the bedroom have a different plug in so you can’t plug it into the wall and turn them on. Not huge things just little things here and there, would still recommend and come back again!

The property was in a great location. With a Sainsbury’s just over the road so very handy to get anything we needed. The parking was close to property so didn’t have to walk far with our bags and reasonably priced for London. Kay our host was easy to contact and check in was smooth. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was stunning and it was nice to have outdoor seating as well.

The bed wasn’t comfortable could do with a new mattress. The pillows were lumpy and the duvet was thin. The sheets were poor quality and the bed was badly made and had no mattress or pillow protectors. When we got in it the bottom sheet came off. It wasn’t a massive issue as we only stayed one night, but I do feel that considering everything else was so nice, that let it down a bit.

The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described. it had everything I needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to a cozy living space. The location is excellent: quiet, safe, and close to transport links, which made getting around very easy. There are also nice cafés and shops nearby, which was a bonus. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and helpful. I would definitely book again when I’m in the area.

The apartment building is a bit hard to find due to the post code but not a big issue.

Property is spacious.

Arrived at 2pm as stated in the booking only to find the cleaner still there. Waited for 20 mins for them to finally come down to only say they needed another 45 minutes to clean so dropped our bags and went to grab a coffee. We return to not only find the floors haven’t been hoovered , but the sofas are dirty and there’s a giant black bag of dirty towels in the bathroom.
