Absolutely stunning such a nice flat and so close to the train station.

Nothing I didn’t like tbh.

The flat was in a nice area and nicely decorated. It was comfortable, clean, and had good utensils and utilities (e.g. freezer with ice and a full kitchen for cooking). Hosts were communicative and helpful before our stay.

I paid for early check-in but when we arrived at the time we had told the host, the cleaner was still at the property and unaware that we were coming early. We were asked politely by the cleaner (who was very nice!) to leave our bags and come back later. When I requested a refund for the early check-in fee, my message was ignored.

L’emplacement

Quand nous sommes arrivés dans l’appartement, le ménage avait été très mal fait et c'était très sale (voire photos). J'ai informé le gérant à 15h qu'il devait envoyer quelqu'un pour nettoyer, mais à notre retour à 21h, rien n'avait été fait. J’ai dû nettoyer moi-même la salle de bain pour pouvoir l’utiliser! A 21h30 le gérant nous a dit que des personnes venaient nettoyer, je lui ai répondu que nos enfants étaient couchés et qu’il était trop tard pour cela. A 22h deux personnes ont frappé à la porte et nous ont dit qu’elle venait fait le ménage… nous les avons renvoyé en leur disant que nos enfants dormaient et qu’on n’avait pas idée de venir faire le ménage à 22h le soir! Je souhaite un remboursement!
