Well hands up, we actually stayed in the wrong room, so I can't give specifics on the room we were supposed to stay in! Generally though, The garden is nice enough (artificial grass and flowers) The bed was comfy, enough space for our dogs, fridge, microwave, kettle.
Owner very pleasant about the fact we stayed in the wrong room!! (My Husband drove down, it was a nightmare journey, and he went and found the room, was very tired and totally disregarded the very clear instructions, and put the dogs in the room, then came back for me.
I booked a room "Whole apartment on ground floor" Hmm. There are several steps down to it and no handrail, would have been impossible for me without my Husband (mobility issues post stroke). So I feel it's unfair to say ground level.

The quiet location. The property is at the end of the owner’s garden, which also backs on to other gardens. Luckily it was very quiet yesterday.
The sharing garden area, it didn’t feel like a private garden as suggested so could be made clearer in description.
The bin hadn’t been emptied so the previous occupants things were still in there.
For running water you need to use the bathroom washbasin.
Quite grubby in places.
The door lock does work but is temperamental.
No wifi.
