Ev sahipleri çok anlayışlı ve ilgililerdi. Ufak bir sorunumuz oldu ancak çözüm odaklıydılar. Konaklamadan çok memnun kaldık. Dairenin konumu hiç fena değil. Tavsiye ederim.

The location was everything, I absolutely loved it, unlike where I moved to now

Front door to property was broken

Comfortable accommodation with 2 bathrooms, which was great for a family of 4. Appliances are great. Secure building. Fantastic access to trains and busses which was ideal for tourists like us who spent most of our time seeing the sights.

Very untidy entrance way to the building which didn't make for a good first impression. Unit smelled like smoke on arrival. One toilet didn't flush properly. The blind in the lounge fell from the wall. I reported it and got no response. Cleaning material supplied was minimal. Front door was difficult to use/open and needed to be pushed hard to gain entry. I sent a few emails and only got a response once so I didn't feel like the team managing this property were very supportive or available for queries. Small things could have been done to make this a far better stay as the fundamental offer is good.
