Great communication by David - responsive to questions and very helpful.
Bed was really comfortable and apartment had everything we needed. The coffee pods and other supplies provided was a nice touch.
Location is helpful for getting around BUT its very noisy with the windows open, especially when the planes take off or land, or the DLR trains go past. It means you need to keep the windows closed to get any sleep, not ideal in a heatwave.

Conveniently situated close to Pontoon Dock station. Checking in instructions were clear. Had a bit of issue trying to lock the door but was resolve quickly. Turns out I need to pull the handle upwards to lock. Some age to the apartment but it was well maintained. Generally clean, and good for living. Showers were good. Bed was slightly small for two person given that both of us were considered small Asian size. Like the balcony space. Facing of the apartment was good, with temperature in summer at 37degrees, this place is definitely more cooling as compared to other units. Pretty satisfied stayed in all.
