Amazing central location to everything. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Loved that the unit came with an air conditioner or space heater if you needed them. Must get a slice at New York Pizza right next door, so good! Tatte very close by for breakfast as well! Host was super attentive and responsive, and willing to help in any way possible. It was refreshing!

Bathroom is pretty small when you're on the toilet, but you can't really do anything about that in these old buildings. Same with the 4th floor walkup, not convenient but also not a huge deal. Still worth the cheap stay!

The location is perfect. So much is within walking distance. Bed is comfy. The place was very clean and ready to receive us. Quite the assortment of herbs and spices. Thoughtful decor.

Missed having a microwave and FYI, you're down to one real fork.

Location was absolutely perfect for visiting my new college student and helping them settle in at Emerson College (right across the street!) and attending events at the Cutler Majestic Theater. Easy access by the T, no need to rent a car! Also right next to Boston Common, the Public Garden, Chinatown, Cheers, and lots of great restaurants. Quick T ride to Harvard Square and the North End.

The apartment is small but very well organized and comfortable for a short stay. It has a fully equipped kitchenette with everything needed, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from Boston Common and many attractions. Misha, the manager/owner, was exceptionally responsive, courteous, and always replied to questions and requests immediately. I truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was significantly affected by maintenance issues. When I arrived on the first night, I discovered that the bathroom sink was completely clogged. Due to unfortunate circumstances, the problem could not be repaired during my stay, so I had to use the kitchen sink for all my personal needs while the bathroom sink remained unusable throughout the entire visit. On the last day of my stay, it was discovered that the issue was related to the toilet and further repair work was required. As a result, I had to spend the entire day outside the apartment while the manager and a contractor replaced the toilet. The work was only completed late in the evening. This caused a major inconvenience, as I lost a full day of work because I could not use the apartment for my online meetings. I also had to pack my belongings late at night. Despite the repairs, the bathroom sink was still not functioning properly when my stay ended. While the apartment itself is well located and the communication from the host was excellent, the unresolved bathroom issues and the disruption on the final day had a considerable impact on my stay!
