Codes e-mailed the day before. Very convenient.

The power strip next to the bed was clearly damaged from heat/fire upon arrival and was unsafe to use, could not use lamp next to the bed as it was plugged into this power strip. Sent message and photo shortly after check-in. Was told that the power strip would be replaced the next day. Moved the couch away from the wall to access another power source. Went on a day trip, came back in the evening to find the damaged power strip still in the unit. The new power strip was delivered on the 3rd day of my 4 day stay. It was not installed by staff, meaning that I had to move the bed away from the wall in order to plug the new power strip in. Additionally, the legally required signage for fire safety (location of fire extinguishers, fire exits, and fire alarms) was not provided in the unit.

Good instructions, spacious, nice bed, great pressure in the shower

A bit more genourous with the towels if you stay some more nights will be nice (we received 1 per person).

Opposite to Boston central parks and easy walk to most attractions. Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink.

Heating and internet didn’t work when we arrived. Management company kept asking me to try and test etc! after a day i managed to resolve the heating issue and after the second day i got the internet working as the information sheet supplied was wrong! So wasted many hours sorting this out and messaging plus phoning a management company etc Wife and child not happy etc Lost half a day of our holiday sorting out owners issues as we needed heating and internet.
