Temple Place Suites 2+3

We arrived early and had asked about dropping off our luggage before check-in. The manager was communicating with me about where to leave it, but I couldn’t get hooked to the wifi, and it was very hot in the lobby, so I was frustrated. Once I expressed that, they told us to go ahead and put our luggage in the room, and we were able to connect to wifi in the room. So I was a little concerned after the initial frustration, but our stay ended up being wonderful. The beds were actually the most comfortable of the 6 beds on our trip in different places. It was quiet, there was no problem getting use of the showers and bathroom, and the location couldn’t have been better, with several great restaurants right by and walking distance to Boston Common and the T station.

The bunk bed room was huge, 30 second walk to Boston Common, aircon worked well, plenty of bars and restaurants on the street… Shared bathrooms were great and well kept, honestly only one time did i even see another person coming / going to to the bathroom. There are multiple bathrooms by the way, not just one so you can always find one.

Its a shared bathroom but your told this in advance. Their are multi bathrooms and 2 kitchens on the 3rd level. With some TLC and car the room could have been great. The AC unit was usless. The TV had no freeview channels installed so equally usless. The WiFi was excellent. The location is excellent. You can easily walk to the harbour and other areas as its very central. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by including the very over rated 'Cheers' - the famous bar. The price is competitive for expensive Boston.

More attention to house keeping, updated furniture / equipment that worked. A TV that was set up correctly. None of it is fatally bad but the little things mount up.
