Great location for the price. It's located right above the Wig Shop speakeasy, very close to the golden Raising Cane's, and walkable to pretty much everywhere in the city. Plenty of bathrooms. Spacious bedrooms with more empty floor space than I was expecting. Ultimately, it's an affordable place to sleep and shower in the heart of the city. Worked well for our purposes of exploring Boston and having a night out at the bars. Probably a lower price than a hostel for a group to stay, and definitely way more privacy.

Didn't see any staff for the duration of my stay. Multiple toilets in the shared bathrooms weren't working. The space would definitely benefit from more maintenance.

Location, good value for money, comfortable and spacious room. The communication with the stuff was excellent.

There was a smell in the common areas (probably humidity?) and also in the bathrooms there was not any hungers for the bath towels. Also some bathrooms did not have hot water at night

Its a shared bathroom but your told this in advance. Their are multi bathrooms and 2 kitchens on the 3rd level. With some TLC and car the room could have been great. The AC unit was usless. The TV had no freeview channels installed so equally usless. The WiFi was excellent. The location is excellent. You can easily walk to the harbour and other areas as its very central. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by including the very over rated 'Cheers' - the famous bar. The price is competitive for expensive Boston.

More attention to house keeping, updated furniture / equipment that worked. A TV that was set up correctly. None of it is fatally bad but the little things mount up.
