細やかなところまで気が利いていて、不足するものもなく快適にすごせました。 函館山ロープウェイまで徒歩でアクセスできたこと、元町観光に駐車場の心配をせずに住んだこと。 寝室も静かで、眠れないときはリビングの大きなTVやテラスからの夜景を見て過ごしました。 すべて完璧

清潔で広さも充分、遮るものもなく見晴らしも良く、函館山の麓で観光に便利。連絡もスムーズ。お勧めです

少見的室內車庫，冬天出門不用除雪，但是沒有電梯，要扛行李上樓。客廳超寬敞，大沙發好坐，大電視好看，大片玻璃窗的景色更是無敵。浴室蓮蓬頭出水大水溫夠，床墊很厚很Q軟很好睡。裝潢略顯老派，廚房設計有年代感，整體屋況維護的很好，地段安靜，值得推薦。
客廳的暖氣機聲音比較大聲。洗衣機可能是舊機種緣故，容量較小，衣服烘完不夠乾。
