This place is huge, but well serviced and manageable. The staff are friendly and the facilities first class.
Good location, good big room. The Onsen is terrific.

The location was superb. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and tasteful. I liked the onsen. It wasn’t the most beautiful onsen that I’ve seen but certainly the largest one with many nice baths. The breakfast was huge, especially if you want a japanese breakfast. Parking near the hotel was easy. I think the hotel was expensive but it didn’t disappoint.
On the first night the staff comes between the 18.00 and 21.00 to your room to make you bed/futon. I thought this was a bit of an inconvenient time. Also I think for that price daily room cleaning should be included.

Despite being one of the larger onsens, the personal touch was exceptional.
The transport in the town was challenging.

Great hotel, great onsen, great pool, excellent dinner and breakfast. Just note that it is expensive relatively to Japan!
