    I stayed here for 10 days, spending the first 5 days in a suite room before moving to a Deluxe Queen Room for the remaining 5 days. After moving to the Deluxe Queen Room, I found that the TV had no signal. When I contacted the staff, I was simply informed that it was not functioning at the moment. I understand that technical issues can happen, but it was disappointing to pay for a room with a TV that was not working, with no alternative solution offered. I was also disappointed that the Deluxe Queen Room did not have a refrigerator, unlike the suite room I stayed in previously. I wish the differences in room facilities, including the availability of a refrigerator, had been clearly stated in the room description before booking so that guests could make an informed decision. The room also lacked basic practical facilities. Although there was a cabinet, there were no clothes hangers or suitable places to hang clothes and towels to dry. The bathroom also lacked proper shelves or storage space for toiletries and personal amenities. Another point to consider is the noise from nearby bars or pubs. At times, the music can be quite loud, which may affect guests who prefer a quiet environment. Families travelling with young children should take this into consideration before booking. Regarding parking, there was no dedicated parking facility provided by the hotel. Guests had to rely on parking within the local council's parking compound, which may not always be available. It would be helpful if the hotel could clearly explain the parking arrangements before guests make a booking. Overall, I hope the hotel can improve its room facilities and provide more accurate descriptions of the amenities available in each room type. For guests staying for an extended period, a functional TV, refrigerator, clothes hangers, adequate bathroom storage, and clear parking information would make a significant difference to the overall experience.
