We was unfortunate that we need to make early check in and was informed that we need to pay additional RM20 just to check in early.
Deposit refund was not seamless...it was paid after we have checked out. No one at the counter to assist.

Booked room was not available upon arrival. Was asked to pay more for a different room . Staff at counter said "somoeone else bought the room after you book" - whats the point of booking then?. First such experience on Agoda. Room that was given was shabby curtains, dusty, torn bedframes with cellotapes and smelly bathroom. - i doubt this review will be posted, becoz i dont see any review for this premise.

Kaunter friendly tapi akan balik rumah lepas jam 11 atau 12 tengah malam
Siang nya, ofis buka lambat sedikit
Kesimpulan ; hotel di Ipoh semua overpriced compared to melaka or johore
