    Rooms are spacious and clean. Actualy this is my second time check in here. The bed are comfy, cold aircond. Very recommended

    Good small hotel with complete basic amenities. Location is also great. 10 minutes away from city centre. 20 minutes from Sunway City. Staff super friendly and attentive eventho I checked in late. Parking is available per room.

    Pros： 1. Complete toiletries provided in the bathroom 2. Fantastic, convenient location 3. The room is spotlessly clean and spacious 4. Power sockets conveniently placed beside the bed Cons： 1. Poor sound insulation even with double-layer windows installed. Traffic/outside noise is very noticeable throughout the night, strongly not recommended for light sleepers. 2. Terrible front desk service (the main reason I only rated staff 1 star). The receptionist on duty on 17 July was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I checked in, there was no greeting or friendly smile at all. When we encountered an issue during registration, instead of communicating politely to resolve the problem, he questioned me aggressively and made the whole check-in experience awful and upsetting. I had read similar negative reviews about rude staff from a few years back before booking, but I thought the service would have improved over time. It was extremely disappointing to encounter such terrible attitude from the front desk during my stay. I sincerely suggest the hotel arrange proper customer service training for your frontline employees to avoid similar complaints in future. Thanks.
