Green Courtyard Studio in Pre-War Tenement House 1 km to Central Station, easy trip to Chopin Airport

Spędziliśmy w tym mieszkaniu tylko jedną dobę, ale jesteśmy pod ogromnym wrażeniem! Od samego progu wita gości nieskazitelna czystość oraz przepiękny, świeży zapach. Na miejscu znaleźliśmy absolutnie wszystko, co jest potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu – gospodarze zadbali o każdy, nawet najmniejszy detal. Dodatkowym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja, która ułatwia poruszanie się po okolicy, oraz przemiły, bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem. Czuliśmy się tutaj wspaniale. Z całego serca polecamy to miejsce i na pewno chętnie tu wrócimy przy kolejnej okazji🙂

Perfekte Lage - zentral, sehr gute Anbindung in alle Richtungen, vor Ort Cafés, Restaurants etc. Die Wohnung selbst sehr ruhig, mit Blick in den grünen Hof, warm und hell. Sehr gutes WLAN.

This is a beautifully presented and light-filled apartment in a large complex with beautiful gardens and large trees between the blocks. A very pleasant aspect to the whole complex. The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable sofa and bed. There are adequate kitchen utensils. It was nice and quiet at night. Close to tram and bus stops, small supermarkets and some restaurants. Tram ride to the city centre. I enjoyed my stay, thanks.

The only TV service I was ever able to access was YouTube. The listing states "Streaming TV service, like Netflix", but you apparently couldn't access Netflix unless you had your own account! No instructions provided on how to use the TV/set top box. No cleaning products like toilet or benchtop cleaner, so it was difficult to keep things spotless during one's stay. I think future guests would appreciate a few sachets of laundry detergent. Very noisy neighbours in the courtyard of the complex next door who spent many hours every afternoon and evening smoking, talking loudly and shouting at their kids. They never went inside until after dark. I bumped my head on the very low light over the dining table at least twenty times!

The location was ok. A bit outside the main parts of the city so if you are hitting the main tourists attractions then you will find it will take more buses / trams. Getting to the apartment is a bit confusing. Read the very long instructions carefully. We were a bit lost but eventually found it (it was also dark when we arrived).

We found the multiple fine warnings posted about the apartment quite off-putting. I understand policies, but put them in the booking reservation, don't have threats on the door and in the bathroom. The light in the bathroom went out on day 2, they didn't respond for a day then said it can only be fixed the next day when we were already gone (I see another reviewer noting an issue with bathroom lighting so it seems to not be a priority to fix). Also note that the green courtyard, while lovely, is not visible from the apartment. A bit odd to have it in the title of the unit. From the apartment it is only a view of other apartments - and one morning the sound of garbage collectors was so loud it woke us up at 7am.
