Bem localizado com tudo o necessário. Confortável com ar condicionado.

O local é ruidoso e as janelas não isolam bem o ruído.

The hosts were amazing and extremely helpful with answering any questions during my stay. The accomodation was perfect. Exceptionally clean, large rooms with excellent facilities including a kitchen and laundry. The location was superb, walking distance to everything. Thank you so much!

Se ve que está recién remodelado , una limpieza pulcra , olía bonito y había todo lo necesario para prepararte el café . Las camas, almohadas y ropa de cama muy cómodas . La ubicación muy buena , mini super a unos pasos , restaurantes y de fácil acceso a calles principales . Caminamos con maletas hacia la Marina y es un trayecto bastante fácil de hacer . La atención de Melania muy amable y atenta a nuestras dudas , gracias por una maravillosa estancia 🥰 Si eligen este lugar no se van arrepentir

I would have given a max rating to this stay and property if the windows would have been properly insulated. The apartment is located on a highly circulated boulevard, very noisy all the time, 24/7 (stayed one week). The windows are old, almost with no noise insulation (I'm an acoustic engineer :)) So the nights are terrible if you want to sleep (and you probably do). The only solution is to use earplugs but this is a bit annoying. All the other aspects of the property are really fine: great location, very clean, nice host, well equipped house/kitchen (maybe 1-2 missing chairs in bedroom).
