Breakfast was not available at the hotelduring the days of my stay (they only serve breakfast on weekends when the restaurant is also open). I was given the option of eating at another hotel it would require a 5-10 minute drive. I ended up finding other options in town.

We stayed in late May (pre-season), so the restaurant and bar were not open yet, but they looked very nice and had an outdoor terrace with a lovely view. The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean, and my room was across the street from the river, which provided a pleasant sound bath at night. Even though we were the only guests most of the time we were there, the owners provided a hearty breakfast each morning. We also had the option of having breakfast at Hisa Ojstrica hotel in the Logar Valley, which is owned by the same family and has an excellent restaurant with spectacular mountain views.

In late May few of the other hotels in Solcava were open, and there were few dining options. There was only one restaurant available in the town. The main alternatives were in Luce (which has a wonderful-looking high-end restaurant called Raduha, along with other options) or in the Logar Valley. There are several tourist farms in the area that offer meals with prior reservation.

Do zajtrka je predaleč. Potrebno se je peljati kar nekaj kilometrov in plačati vstopnino v Logatsko dolino.

Soba ni bila posesana že nekaj časa, pričalali so naju kosmi prahu 😐. Neznanje slovensega jezika osebja je velik minus za domače goste.
