Superb
The gentleman at check-in was efficient and friendly. Our room was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. The property had free parking right outside and good WiFi. We did not use the natural pool, but we went to look at it...very beautiful and peaceful.

Pleasant
Very friendly stuff which always helped us und met our wishes. They waited for us when we came to check in really late in the night due to traffic and weather. Rooms are spacious and have everything. A big plus for heating in the room and in the bathroom! Very quiet at night but still good location: not far from Wörthersee or Slovenia. The breakfast is good and fresh, classic continental, plus you can order eggs cooked as you like.
We stayed 4 nights and the cleaning never changed our towels. There were no card or sign to express a wish to change or not to change towels. The breakfast is good, but some trays were half empty when we came to breakfast. E.g., there were only either max. 2 pieces of watermelon or none at all, and no new portion was placed. Maybe because we always came after 9 o clock and the breakfast is till 10.
