Great place, amazing value for money!

Amazing location - views are simply breathtaking, road that leads to this hotel is super picturesque. Staff was friendly, restaurant is very good. Schnitzel is definitely recommended choice. Breakfast was tasty and quite big. Perfect choice for one night pit-stop during the longer journey.

Lovely guesthouse on top of the hill

A family owned guesthouse on top of the hill. The surrounding views are amazing. This place is just 15 min away from the highway but still very peaceful and calm. You can enjoy the silence and the starts at night. The owners are very kind and nice people. Our room was spacious with very comfy bed. The whole look of the room is a bit outdated, but everything looks good and works well. It was also clean. The food was amazing, as we were able to enjoy traditional Austrian dishes made with love and from fresh ingredients sourced from the local farm. Breakfast was mostly assortment of bread with cheese and ham, however, you can always ask for extra bits like fresh eggs cooked to your preference for a very reasonable price. This place is perfect to spend a couple of days and disconnect from big city life.

Wi-fi could be better, but in this case it is not a bad thing, as this place is to be better enjoyed without internet.

Austrian mountain views and traditional food

This hotel was amazing. On top of a hill with the most stunning views. If you are looking for a traditional style Austrian experience, then this is the place for you. The welcome is warm. The breakfast was really good and we thoroughly recommend eating the restaurant which is open until 8pm. Top notch quality authentic Austrian food and plenty of it! Surrounding are breath taking. Rooms were fine. We had a balcony with en suite shower. Very comfortable beds. Everything was perfect

Beautiful hotel in the countryside - easy drive to the Red Bull Ring

Beautiful hotel in the Austrian countryside! Clean and friendly. We visited from the USA to attend the Austrian Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring and the hotel was perfect. Because we were at the racetrack most of the time we only ate dinner there once, but it was excellent. The staff knew enough English that we didn't have to struggle in German (which would have been totally fine for us, but probably annoying for the native speakers) and the views were insane. Highly recommend!

A fan in the room would have nice for air circulation. That's the only negative I can think of. We did get horribly lost trying to find the hotel the first day (we rented a car) but that was entirely the fault of Google Maps. Stay on main streets and follow signs, because the GPS took us on backroads that didn't allow cars and tried to get us to drive on train tracks.

Very unique location with breathtaking views !

Quiet with beautiful Mountain View, old & interesting interior of dining area with carved woodwork & old interesting words of wisdom handwritten throughout in Deutsch ! The smallest village in this region on top of mountain with a very large church surprisingly next to Gasthaus !

We liked everything. Unfortunately, we arrived at dusk when it was a little late for photos of the spectacular views, and we had to leave before the early morning fog burned off.

Short stay, but excelent and friendly.

Breakfast was delicious and it was served (very rare ;-)). The dinner "a la carte" was very tasty and rich.

The dinner took to much time to be served, but it was not so important, because the quality of food was excellent. The windows in our room a quite small, but is not so relevant - the view down to the vally was excellent.

Amazing hotel in great location with beautiful views and of course with amazing food. Great home made meals with local ingrediets. One of the best places what we visit this year - place where you can meet great people. We arrived by motorbike and they automatically offer the parking in the garage - great service. We will definitely come again.

Amazing stay, would come again

Amazing hotel with amazing food. Incredible views surrendered with nature and beautiful hills. Playground for children, farm animals and hotel's golden retriever was just bonus. Hotel is new and very clean, nice decorated. If you want a place to relax and enjoy beautiful nature than this is a place you should visit. I would definitely come again.

Very good

If you like farm-life in Alps, it's wonderful. Quiet remote place, almost no neighbours. Very good food in restaurant, easy parking. Very nice place for quiet retreat.

Breakfast could be richer, not much of a choice. We didn't get any help with luggage. and with infant we got a lot to cary.
