The flat, designed for 4 guests, has two bedrooms, 1 double, 1 single AND a single sofa bed in the living room, 1 bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and private parking included. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the private outdoor area with garden view and take advantage of all the amenities for an unforgettable stay.

As soon as you enter you will find a bright living area with a dining table for four, a flat-screen TV and direct access to the private outdoor area with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco breakfasts or relaxing moments overlooking the residence's greenery. The room is air-conditioned thanks to the air conditioner in the living room and also has a comfortable single sofa bed, which serves as a fourth bed.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and crockery, perfect for preparing your own meals during your stay.
Double bedroom
Spacious and cosy, equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and air conditioning. An ideal place to rest in peace after a day at the lake or pool.
Second bedroom
This room is perfect for a child or an adult, with a single bed, wardrobe and window with mosquito net. The room is air-conditioned thanks to the air conditioner located in the corridor connecting the two rooms and the bathroom.
Bathroom
Complete bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. Equipped with towels and courtesy kit for guests.
Private terrace
The flat has a furnished private outdoor area, surrounded by the residence's greenery. Great for relaxing after a day at the lake or dining al fresco.

Reserved parking included inside the residence, safe and convenient for moving freely towards Sirmione, Desenzano or Peschiera.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
