Bright apartment within the recently built residential complex "Baglio degli Ulivi", with large shared pool, volleyball field and common green areas, in Lugana di Sirmione.
Easily accessible by lift, this one-bedroom apartment is fully-equipped with free Wi-Fi, heating and fans for the summer period. The living room comes with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a table and chairs for four people and a stylish kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, American coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, cooker hob, toaster, electric kettle and orange juicer; the double French doors lead out to the covered terrace with table, chairs and BBQ and with a nice view over the pool.
The large bedroom, enriched by parquet flooring, is provided with a queen size bed and overlooks the private balcony on the back of the building. Moreover, a wardrobe is located in the hall of the apartment. A bathroom with shower, wash basin, washing machine, bidet and WC completes the layout of this bright apartment.
*Reception is located at 27 Via Tommaso del Molin in Desenzano del Garda and is open daily from 9 am to 5:30 pm.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

"Baglio degli Ulivi" is provided of a stunning pool with jacuzzi and kids area, available from June 1st to September 30th. Swimming cap is required.
