Fab Apartment, Great Service, Amazing Sirmione!

Well equipped and spacious 2 bed apartment with parking, air con and a shared pool. Good location on the outskirts of Sirmione with amenities and Lake Garda within a short walk. Attentive and helpful service from Ariana at Italian Stays. Would definitely recommend this apartment and Sirmione

Little negative to say apart from absence of an oven (there is a hob, grilled sandwich maker and a microwave). No issue for us. The properties rules mean the pool is closed from 1200-1500, again no problem for us as we tended to use it at the end of the day when it is open until 2100.

Enjoyed our stay very much

- Superb communication with the host! - Easy access to the appartment via Weblink, which was once provided after the online check-in was completed. - Own parking lot for the car. Description and pictures via Whatsapp were on point! - Apartment was spacious and very tidy. The apartment just didn't feel like some AirBnB and you can see that the host put effort into the apartment. - The balcony was spatious. Unfortunately due to the cold weather we could not use it. - The swimming pool was visible from the balcony, but was not that close to the apartment and therefore it would not be as loud as people would expect it to be. Also only the living room with the balcony face to the swimming pool. - The kitchen included anything which was needed for our stay (esp. coffee machine, big fridge :)). - The lake is only 4 minutes away from the apartment. This was our first stay at Lago di Garda and we enjoyed it very much. If the weather is good, you can rent bikes (bike shop nearby) to get there as taking the car would definitely take longer since the traffic can be horrible during peak times. We walked there and it takes 30-60 minutes depending where in the city center you want to be. Thanks for hosting us!

Very clean, cosy apartment. You can find anything what you need in the kitchen, in the bathroom. Even a welcome kit was waiting for us upon arrival. Ariana was very supportive and provided a lot of useful information about the city, boats and bicycles.

We really enjoyed our stay, Ariana is great host…available when needed. The apartment has a great location for daily explorations of Lake Garda. Only thing we missed is a outside door handle of the balcony door :)

Cute apartment in a good location

Big and nicely designed apartment, all the necessary amenities were available, the hostess was very nice and gave us recommendations as to where to go and what to do. Private parking. Elevator. there are good parks, restaurants, supermakets, ice cream and beach walking distance from the place.

Fantastic apartment, ideal for family, right next to Lake Garda. Highly recommend.

Property was lovely, spacious, very clean and well thought out, had everything we needed, with a few extra touches for our comfort. We were contacted by the owner given all the instructions prior to our arrival, they are very friendly and helpful. The pool was great, again very clean and well looked after and just over the road was the beautiful Lake Garda.

Just like in the photos. Clean, well laid out, good facilities and well equipped. Located in a clean quiet area, perhaps even too quiet in the off season when we stayed, but it was close, by car, to many good places to visit in Lake Garda, and easy to get to Verona and Venice and their nearby airports. Attentive and helpful hosts. Fair cancellation policy if booked in advance.

Everything was great with the property, but a flat rate cleaning fee is added over the listing price in bookings.com. This is made fully clear at time of completing the booking so it's absolutely fine, but perhaps because of this, the property is more ideal for longer stays.

Close to the shops, cafés, restaurants. Nice swimming pool, beautiful garden and terrace. Owners of apartment very helpful! I can imagine staying here all the summer.

Just perfect

The apartment was super well designed and clean. It looks even better than on the photos! The pool is awesome as well and the apartment is only a few walking minutes away from Garda lake. Oh, and the rooms had air conditioners. 100% honest recommendation.
