Newly built vacation apartment (90 sqm) on the 1st floor of the residential building with a separate exterior staircase, 2 bedrooms with 3 and 2 beds, respectively; a spacious, cozy 26-square-meter country-style living room with a couch (which can also be converted into a sleeper sofa), a 43" 4K TV with satellite reception, a table and corner bench, as well as an additional sofa. And for romantic evenings, you can light the wood-burning stove with a viewing window. Newly furnished kitchen with a large stovetop, oven, range hood, refrigerator, coffee maker, bread maker, electric kettle, radio, etc. There is also a dining table in the kitchen with a sliding door leading to the living room and access to the south-facing balcony.
