Lovely spacious place

the apartment was clean and spacious. Also the balcony was a plus and the Indian restaurant below. The food was very delicious.

Nice, well located small apartment on top of a restaurant that serves excellent indian curries

Small, but cosy apartment, with a fresh appearance. Spacious bedrooms, one of which is extra large and serves as living room. Small but well equipped kitchen. Correct and friendly hosts. The apartment is situated right above a restaurant that serves excellent indian curries (probably the best I had so far) at very democratic prices.

There were only half liter glasses. Also, some extra, larger, coffee cups would come in handy. No seperated waste collection: all in one bag. Coffee to be made manually, rather than with a coffee machine.

Used for Kehlstein Haus and Salzburg visit as a price effective base

Comfortable size, all amenities you need, easy parking, good restaurants and shops nearby. Bonus is the balcony and the restaurant downstairs is recommended. All you need for a short stay.

These are only for information purpose, not a real negative comment. Just to set expectations. No curtains on the bathroom and toilette. The train is nearby however it did not bother us. The smell of the restaurant in the staircase is present- again it did not bother us. Overall I can only recommend the place.

Cleanliness upon arrival was good, decent size and good value for the money

Some "low hanging fruits" for improvement: - Get a proper set of glasses, cups and plates in the kitchen - Get a room separator / folding screen to separate the sleeping area and the TV area in the living room - Get plugs for the night table lights - Clean the couch covers People had mentioned the smell of the restaurant - it is relatively intense (curryy) in the stairway area but fine in the apartment itself

Superb

Nice, spacy appartment, well equiped. Lake is appr. 2,5 km away. There is nice walking path, easy to follow.

There is a restaurant below the appartment, směle from the kitchen is strong, but lovely směle of pizza. There is train stadion and frequent train track in front of the appartment, somebody could mind the sound, we were OK.

Je kon droog in het huis verblijven. Dat was het enige goede.

Het huis was echt heel smerig. Vieze spetters pp de wc deuren. De keuken viel van ellende uit elkaar. De bank was helemaal afgebladderd en ronduit smerig. Het was letterlijk te smerig om iets aan te pakken. Mensonterend hoe smerig het was.

Zentrale Lage.

Sehr schwieriger Kontakt. Nach Bezahlung meldete sich keiner bei uns. Auf eine schriftliche Anfrage bekamen wir eine kurze knappe Rückmeldung ohne sonstigen Ansprechpartner. Die Wohnung war sehr dreckig. Die Armaturen noch vom Vormieter voll mit Zahnpasta, die Bettdecken voll mit braunen Haaren genauso der Boden…. Das Kopfkissen sehr durchgelegen. Beim Ablegen auf den Regalen kam eine Staubwolke entgegen. Der Küchenboden klebte.

Blick auf einen Bahhof mit Güterverkehr. Was auch über Nacht sehr laut war. Die Ferienwohnung lag über einem Indischen Restaurant/Lieferservice. Sehr laut und die Gerüche im Treppenhaus waren nicht angenehm. Die Ferienwohnung war nicht gereinigt und die Möbel sehr abgewohnt.

Kurzurlaub , gut , und günstig ! Würden wir wieder Buchen ! Gute Anbindung zur Bahn !

Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung ! Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine , Spühlmaschine , Microwelle und Wasserkocher ! Bad war mit Badewanne ! Die Lage war sehr gut ! Direkt gegenüber war der Bahnhof Bernau am Chiemsee ! Wir haben nach Nachfrage die Gästekarte bekommen ! Und konnten damit gratis nach Prien an den Chiemsee fahren ! Unten im Haus war ein Restaurant Curry & Pasta war gut und günstig !

Parkplatz war nicht direkt am Haus sondern gegenüber am Bahnhof ! Handtücher gab es nur ein großes zum Abtrocknen !

Kein Frühstück, das war ok Es hat gefehlt: 1 Kaffekanne und ein Filter in der Küche für Kaffee zu machen. Sonst war alles super!!

Für unseren Aufenthalt von 3 tagen völlig ok aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt wo ich dann auch kochen möchte ect würde

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage und Anbindung. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Gaststätte bietet super Essen an sehr lecker und preiswert.Für zum übernachten völlig ok .

Leider war die Wohnung nur auf den ersten Blick sauber . Die Küchenzeile plus das gesamte Inventar der Küche (Teller Gläser besteckt Tassen Töpfe ) müsste dringend ausgetauscht erneuert werden . Der Bahnhof hat uns persönlich nicht gestört , man muss aber bedenken das ständige die Züge vorbei rauschen. Die Gaststätte unten ist wirklich super einziger Nachteil das ganze Haus ,Flur bis in die Wohnungen bekommen den Geruch der Küche unten ab . Ein weiter Minuspunkt war für uns der extrem späte Check in von 17 Uhr.

9km in der Nähe des Sees

In der Dachgeschosswohnung, in der ich übernachtet habe, wird über die App eine Kaution von 200 € für eventuell kaputte Gegenstände verlangt. Ich habe beim Betreten Fotos von allen Möbeln gemacht und es waren viele Dinge kaputt! Vase im Wohnzimmer, Sofa mit Rissen, Wasserkocher in der Küche mit Kalkflecken, Badezimmer mit fehlendem und zerbrochenem Duschglas, Duschfenster mit Klebstoff verklebt, Toilettendeckel und dessen Anschlüsse kaputt.
