Property was very clean. Neighborhood was pleasant and it was great taking walks and looking at all of the beautiful architecture. Not disappointed in the least.

The layout of the home worked well for our group. Enjoyed the quaintness and feel of the home and provided options for a second kitchen as well which was unexpected. Parking was never an issue.Only two miles from downtown and 10 minutes from the airport which provided easy access on the highway to get places. Only wish Mother Nature took it easy on us and the area.

We came for an event at U of L for our incoming freshman daughter. The house is full of charm and coziness! Great location for everything!
