Good communication. Good value. No live television due to a previous guest changing the log in. We tried using our personal log in but no one could make it work (even our tech savvy adult kids) so the LR TV was rarely used. We did watch a movie but had to watch live golf on our phones. Found a dead bug in one of the crib sheets (we put it in the wash) and a little dirt in the bathroom but overall clean. Very family friendly home.

This is our third time staying in this home and overall, we are very happy. The front door knob was very difficult to get open and need attention.
