Do not book. I caught SCABIES at this property!!!!!

TERRIBLE. I hate

First of all the advertising is false because the property is divided into two parts. So you are not booking the whole house. The property was infested with bugs especially the first bedroom where I slept in. On the second night I was not able to sleep at all because I kept on itching. I get up to exam the bed to find at least 6 dead bugs. All different types and not only that but I was also bite( I communicated all of this to management).It was also pet and human hair left on the bed. After I attempted to communicate with the property manager they responded apologetically reassuring me that I would get a reimbursement for the cleaning deposit. Two days later I have been to the Emergency Room due 2 me still itching and I have Scabies. Thanks a lot 🙄. I have not received any reimbursement and the manager has not responded to me after I checked out. I am taking legal action against them because I am allergic to certain types of bugs and not only that I caught scabies from that property

Sadly was not what we expected so did not stay in the unit and ended up booking elsewhere

Up until check-in, communication was really good. The unit was tastefully decorated and the interior was clean. Small touches such as tea bags were nice.

Took an hour for us as well as the other renters to gain occupancy into the unit. Did not know upon booking that the home has multiple units within the home and that connecting door for the units is in the living room and has a large gap under the floor. Did not feel very secure, and was EXTREMELY LOUD. Could literally hear every single thing the other renter said and did. And the AC unit was frozen up. The amenities in the yard were unusable. We notified the host and ended up deciding to book a hotel within 5 minutes of gaining occupancy. We were beyond disappointed. Waste of money. This was for my daughter's 16th Birthday and she had a soccer college id camp the next morning.
